A large cameo pendant: a lady in profile with her hair swept up and falling in curls, in matte brown on a glossy brown ground, held in a brass frame with claw prongs and hung from a split ring.
The cameo is molded rather than carved, a costume version of the carved cameos it imitates, and the two tones of brown give it a soft, warm depth.
Condition: Wear and patina to the brass finish.
Measurements to follow.
Care: Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
