We want every order to feel as considered as the pieces inside. Here's everything you need to know — from when it ships to how to send it back.

Shipping

  • UPS Ground (standard) — $12
  • UPS Express (expedited) — $35
  • International — calculated at checkout

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During launches and high-volume periods (new drops, holidays) please allow up to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves us.

If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, reach out to us at concierge@shopmille.com and we'll look into it right away.

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not collected by MILLE at checkout.

We process orders quickly — if you need to make a change or cancel, please email concierge@shopmille.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it's in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns within 21 days of your original ship date — processed through Loop Returns.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus shipping costs. Exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Discount exceptions: items purchased at 20% off or greater may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Items purchased at 50% off or greater are final sale.

Start your return at shopmille.loopreturns.com — Loop will guide you through the process and provide a return label. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of your original ship date.

  • Pack items securely with price tags intact.
  • We recommend using a traceable carrier — we are not responsible for missing return packages.

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color within 21 days of your ship date, subject to availability. Because our pieces are made in small batches, exact exchanges aren't always possible — if your preferred size or colorway isn't available, we'll process a refund instead.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased at 50% off or greater
  • Undergarments
  • Fragrances, candles & beauty/apothecary
  • Magazines
  • One-of-a-kind estate jewelry
  • Vintage clothing
  • Gift cards

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right — please contact concierge@shopmille.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Online orders may also be returned in person at our Edina flagship within the 21-day window, with your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
