A stick pin set with a carved cameo of a lady in profile, her hair gathered at the back, cut in high relief in creamy white with a blush of pink beneath. It is held in prongs inside a fine wire filigree frame with four round discs at the points, on a stem with a twisted section to grip the fabric.
The carving stands up from the ground almost like a small sculpture; the material has not been tested.
Condition: Tarnish and wear to the filigree and the stem; light surface marks to the carving.
Measurements: 2.5 in long; head 0.5 in.
Care: Wipe with a soft dry cloth; keep away from water and heat.
