The cloth
Polka-dot chambray, soft enough to gather and tier.
The same washed chambray dotted in a small polka print, supple enough to smock and tier. It holds the bodice close, then loosens into the skirt. A quiet blue-grey that goes with everything.
The cut
A smocked, asymmetric bodice into a flowing tiered skirt.
Celia pulls over the head into a form-fitting, asymmetric smocked bodice. The skirt flows down in tiers to a maxi length, with smocked sleeves that sit on or off the shoulder. Pockets are tucked into the seams.
