RETURNS & REFUNDS
We know—returns happen. Too tight, too short, too big...let's make this easy on both of us! If you are not completely satisfied with your MILLE purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Refunds will only be issued for full priced items. Items in the sale section or purchases made using a discount code 20% or greater may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Purchases made using a discount code of 50% or greater are FINAL SALE. Undergarments, magazines, fragrances, candles, one of a kind estate jewelry pieces, vintage clothing, and beauty/apothecary are final sale.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. Online returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
Last spring we shifted to a made to order model for our collection - that means we get to be more creative (More Styles! More Prints! More Colors!) It helps us be more sustainable & only make what there is a demand for :) SO, if your order says "Ships in August" that means we will have it completed and out to you sometime in the month of August. We usually order a few extra in each size but these are usually sold by the time the order arrives so preordering is the best way to get your favorites. As our collection is made with a small family run workshop in Jaipur we do not have exact shipping info beyond the month we have stated for shipping - once we receive shipments we very quickly turn them around and you will receive a tracking number asap. With the current health crises items tend to ship closer to the end of the month and if anything is running late you will receive an email. We appreciate your patience and excitement to receive your Mille pieces.
